Dicer Kronen KUJ V

The Kronen dicer is a multifunctional machine which, thanks to the 3D cutting system, allows products to be cut to the desired size and shape, e.g. into cubes, posts, slices. The dicing machine is ideal for cutting vegetables e.g. onions, beets, carrots, cabbages, radishes, potatoes, tomatoes, fruit e.g. apples, pears etc. Thanks to the possibility of setting up to 7 cutting speeds we can cut even very delicate fruits such as strawberries. We can also use the Kronen dicer to cut meat, poultry, fish or cheese. The production capacity is up to 3500 kg/h (depending on the product and cutting size). Hygienic design facilitates cleaning of the machine. The machine has wheels which make it easy to move it to any place. Product loading height: 1492 mm, unloading height: 472 mm. The cutting size can be freely amended by changing the rollers with knives. Available cutting sizes: when slicing: 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 7,5 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm, when cutting into posts: 2 mm, 3 mm, 7,5 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm, when cutting into dices: 3 mm, 5 mm, 7,5 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm, 40 mm.
