It is a modern centrifuge designed for all types of vegetables. The machine is completely programmable, easy to operate. Thanks to the possibility of setting the speed of spinning, time, direction of rotation and a “gentle” start, it is suitable for all types of vegetables, both hard vegetables such as tomatoes, carrots, beets, onions, cucumbers as well as very delicate ones such as lettuce, spinach, rocket, lamb’s lettuce, scarole, kale. The centrifuge machine has 20 presets which can be changed by means of robust stainless steel buttons. Every setting change can be read out of a clear display. Program settings may be blocked. The left/right rotation cycle in combination with the slow start function ensures optimal centrifugation of whole leaves or delicate products. Centrifuge Eillert MSD 500 V HD is also perfect for raw vegetables because it is equipped with a stronger motor and bearings. The machine has with slow start/stop functin, for delicate lettuce varieties. The centrifuge has a removable basket, which makes it easy to keep clean.
