It is a machine for knife peeling of tuberous products with a diameter of 30 to 180 mm. The peeler is designed for continuous peeling of pre-washed products, i.e. potatoes, beets, celery. The knives are set in a position that gives the effect of peeling the product by hand. Maximum capacity up to 3500 kg per hour (depending on the product). The speed of the drum and screw is smoothly regulated.
