Opis

The Eillert dicer is a modern machine, which allows to cut the products into three different shapes: cubes, slices and posts. It may be used to slice root vegetables like carrots, parsley root and vegetables such as peppers, onions and various kinds of fruit. Quick and simple replacement of cutting tools makes it possible to save time. The dicer is very easy to be kept clean. High efficiency of the machine up to 3000 kg/h depending on type, size and quality of products. Two slicing speeds. Maximum product diameter: 120 mm.
Adjustable cutting sizes, when cutting into slices: 2 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm, when cutting into posts: 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm, when cutting into cubes: 3 mm, 5 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm. The machine comes with a 10 x 10 mm cutting set (other sizes available on request)
